About me
As a starting point I feel like telling a bit about myself: I am a 48-year-old business woman from Finland. During my +20 years career I believe I have seen it all!
I've witnessed the great Nokia becoming the greatest mobile phone manufacturer in the world, been part of the medium size company's cautious failure and I have the first hand information on how to fail with a start-up but also how to make them flourish in the global scene.
I am no superwoman neither do I have any extraordinary talent. Instead I am very curious, hard-working and I hold my cup always half full! Where many people see problems I tend to see opportunities. Where most people feel quitting I tend to start rolling my sleeves.
